What sizes do your collars come in?
Our collars are currently available in Small and Medium.

How do I know which size to choose?
Measure around your dog’s neck where their collar would normally sit. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.
If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on orders £30 and above.

How can I track my order?

How should I care for my Ted & Pip products?
We recommend gently cleaning your products by hand using mild soap and cool or lukewarm water.
Allow them to air dry naturally and avoid harsh chemicals or high heat.
